You must help them run the place: choosing what to cook, serving it and making sure the tables are clean. Sue will also sometimes have to go out to deliver food, but she won't be able to fill every order.

From time to time, some neighbors will appear, many of which are old acquaintances from previous installments of the game. Each has their own story to tell, and if you want to hear them, you'll have to make sure that the next time they come back they find the food they like already prepared. The customers in Hungry Hearts Diner Neo will order what is already available on the table, so you only have to worry about serving the things you know they want.

The only downside to Hungry Hearts Diner Neo is that the game has ads, which spoils the experience of cooking in a small restaurant somewhat. But it's a very nice game.
